Payment

Please choose whichever payment option is most convenient to you:

  • Online - You can pay online using PayPal, please contact me for further information
  • Post - If you would prefer to pay by cheque please email or telephone to reserve the items you want and they will be held for 5 working days until the payment arrives. The item(s) will be dispatched once the payment has cleared.
  • Bank Transfer - You are also welcome to transfer monies via BACS transfer. Again please email or telephone and for further details.
  • In Person – It may be that you collect your order or that your order is delivered direct, in this case cash can be accepted on delivery.

Whilst the site is kept as up-to-date as possible it may be that an online purchase supersedes your postal or bank transfer order resulting in the stock being sold before we can reserve it for you. In the unlikely case that this happens you will be contacted as soon as possible and offered an alternative or a refund.

The website and images

The site has been designed for a minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768, if you have any difficulties navigating the site please get in touch

The photographs represent each piece of work and whilst an attempt is made to ensure the quality and accuracy of each image, it cannot be guaranteed that the images will be identical to the piece that you purchase. This is particularly true of made to order pieces, within which each piece will differ due to the hand crafted nature of their production. You may also find the colour on your screen differs slightly from the actual piece.

Please note that the photographs are not to scale and approximate dimensions of each piece are included amongst the item\\\\\\\\\'s description.

Despatch and Delivery

You are welcome to collect your order, but please email or telephone before doing so. If you opt for delivery your order will be despatched within 14 days of payment received; if there will be a delay you will be contacted as soon as possible. If you require a more immediate delivery please email or telephone to discuss alternative arrangements.

Where possible the site will provide automatic delivery prices, however, should the site be unable to provide a delivery quote, the site will automatically allow you to request a delivery quote which will be emailed to you within 7 working days. Should you wish to proceed with the order based on the quote, simply follow the instructions within the email to complete your order.

Refunds

If you are not happy with your product, the item will be refunded on the condition that you contact me within 7 working days of receipt and I receive the goods, undamaged, in original packaging (where appropriate) and with its receipt within a further 7 working days. Please note you will not be refunded the insurance and delivery costs and will be responsible for packaging and shipping the order back to me.

If the goods are damaged or broken in transit I will replace the item free of charge and cover the cost of return postage.
